Crockpot White Chicken Chili

I don’t like many chilis, I am super picky, but this, with some tortilla chips crunched up, simply amazing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breast

  • 2 4oz cans diced green chilies

  • 1 can brushes northern beans

  • 1 can garbanzos beans, drained & rinsed

  • 1 diced onion

  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  • Cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, salt & pepper

  • 14oz bag frozen white & yellow corn

Directions:

  • Add everything except for the sour cream to the crock pot, cook on low for 8-hours, remove the chicken and shred it, then add 1 cup sour cream & the shredded chicken back into the crockpot and turn to warm until ready to serve.
