Chicken Salad
No, this isn’t your usual chicken salad recipe but it’s damn good!
Ingredients:
12 oz canned chicken breast
2 cups seedless red grades, quartered
1/4 cup finley chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
3 tablespoons chopped fresh green onion
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons milk
5.3 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix everything together and enjoy! I like to add a cup of my chicken salad to a bed of mixed greens - every bite is delcious!
