Chicken Salad

No, this isn’t your usual chicken salad recipe but it’s damn good!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz canned chicken breast

  • 2 cups seedless red grades, quartered

  • 1/4 cup finley chopped celery

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh green onion

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 5.3 oz plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Mix everything together and enjoy! I like to add a cup of my chicken salad to a bed of mixed greens - every bite is delcious!
