Pasta Salad

Everyone should have a pasta salad recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 5 slices thick cut pepperoni from the deli, 1/4” thick, diced into cubes

  • 1 block of Vermont sharp cheddar cheese, cut into cubes

  • 1 orange bell pepper

  • 1 medium red onion

  • 1 cucumber-quartered

  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, sliced in half.

  • Kalamata Sliced (I hate olives, but my boyfriend loves them)

  • 1 box farfalle noddles (bowtie)

    • You can pick whichever kind of noodle you want, my sister likes to use the three cheese tortellini noodles!

  • 1 bottle of Italian dressing.

Directions:

  • Start cooking your noodles! When they’re done drain the water & rinse them in cold water and set aside.

  • Cut up your pepperoni, cheese, bell pepper, red onion, cucumber, and grape tomatoes, as well as drain your olives.

  • In a large bowl (this makes a big pasta salad) mix in all your ingredients including the cold pasta.

  • Only add HALF the bottle of Italian dressing and stir.

  • Put in your refrigerator until ready to serve. Before serving add the other half bottle of Italian dressing.
